We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and cash.
We understand the possible contingencies that can happen because of which you are unable to make the required appointment.
Therefore if you are unable to take part to your appointment, please warn us at least 24 hours in advance by e-mail writing to email@example.com providing us all the data to your appointment, or calling us at number +39 055 2657456.
For telephone and front desk reservations, we reserve the right to request a valid Credit Card data as a guarantee: if cancellation is not notified within the time written above, and/or no show, we reserve the right to withdraw the 50% of the total amount of the requested service.
For online reservations and for services of one hour or more lenght, it is required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service by Credit Card or PayPal.
Due to the high replying times, we do not accept online reservations for the same day, we suggest to book appointments at least for the 24 hours next to the current day, in order to enable us to fulfill your request
In case of a request for an appointment for the current day, you must call the number +39 055 2657456, we are english speaking.
We accept walk-ins, but only if there are openings with the staff.
Bachelorette Party and Private Parties
To book a Bachelorette Party or a Private Party we require a valid Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners) and a prepayment of the 30% of the total amount, previously agreed.
Reservations must be made at least 14 days before the desired date, and can be requested at firstname.lastname@example.org, providing First Name, Last Name,requested date, guests number.
A written confirmation is required at least 5 days before the date requested.
If not confirmed, the appointment will be considered canceled.
At any time within 48 hours, in case of cancellations and/or changes in the number of reservations and/or no-show, we reserve the right to withdraw from the Credit Card provided above a 50% of the total amount.
Guests are kindly invited to be punctual.
Maniboo provides a catering service, if required.
All guest must be notified of our policy to ensure clarity.
The late arrival for an appointment may result in an adjustment to your service.
If cancellation is not notified within the time specified above, and/or no show, we reserve the right to withdraw the 30% of the total amount of the requested service from the Credit Card provided as a guarantee.
Exceeded 3 consecutive canceled appointments, or no-show without prior notice, we reserve the right to require a non-refundable deposit of 50% by credit card for future services.
In the unlikely event that the colors of the polish chosen by the customer at first are not to his liking after the service was completed and paid, you may come back within 3 days thereafter to have them redone at a special discount of 10% on the price of the service.
Please note that we do not refunds performed and completed services.
Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse the execution of services for any reason related to the risks to public health, of operators and customers. As such, if any signs of fungus, infection, or the like are discovered, under our discretion, we will immediately stop all services until further notice.
To maintain the serenity and tranquility within the environment, we kindly ask our customers to set their mobile devices in silent mode, and maintain a good behavior respecting our operators and the present customers.
